Nick has been very generous with his time, both over the phone, via e-mail and in person. He seemed highly seasoned in dealing with couples relocating from afar, knowing that this process requires multiple trips and a great deal of time. We never felt rushed in any way during our many property visits, and Nick provided countless useful insights on owning Minnesota homes. He even provided very creative solutions to solve logistical problems, going as far as filming a video tour himself of a home we had been interested in for a while, and sharing the video with us online. It is this kind of “thinking outside of the box” that really sets Nick apart from other realtors we have dealt with in the past.
We had spent many months with Nick looking for a home. A few months into our home search, just as we found a property that met our needs, I found out that my employer decided that Minnesota would no longer be a feasible location for my new role. Unfortunately we were forced to move elsewhere. When we told Nick the news, he was both professional and very understanding. He said that he felt our disappointment as he knew how excited we were to relocate to the Twin Cities, and spoke to us with respect and grace.
