
Woodbury’s $25,000 First-Time Homeownership Program
The city of Woodbury is providing down payment assistance to help make homeownership more affordable. They are providing low-interest, deferred loans of up to $25,000 for buyers who have not owned a home in the past three years. The purchase price must be $425,000 or less. These funds can be used for single-family detached houses, townhomes, or condos. All applicants must complete a homebuyer education program. For foreclosure properties the first-time buyer requirements is waived. There is a income limit of $146,000 and first-generation homebuyers are eligible for zero percent interest rates.
