Hudson Hot Air Affair 2025
The Hudson Hot Air Affair is the top winter ballooning event in the Midwest! Thousands of visitors come to see around 30 vibrant hot air balloons take to the skies in mass ascensions and illuminating the night. Many delightful activities are lined up for everyone to enjoy throughout the weekend. Don’t miss this magical event!
Date: Friday Feb 7, 2025 – Sunday Feb 9, 2025
New Event Location for 2025 – River Crest Elementary School – 535 County Road F (South of Hudson). The Balloon Launches, Marketplace and Craft Fair, Smoosh Board Competition, Moon Glow/Field of Fire, and Prize Drop Fundraiser are all moved to the River Crest School grounds.
Parking – On Saturday, February 8th, GUESTS MUST TAKE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS to attend balloon launches and events at River Crest School. Parking is limited to handicap parking only which is available on a first come basis. Shuttle & Parking Information CLICK HERE

Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 7:35 am: BALLOON LAUNCH, Hot air balloons in mass ascension flight at River Crest Elementary School at 535 County Road F, Hudson, WI.
Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3 pm: BALLOON LAUNCH at River Crest Elementary School at 535 County Road F, Hudson, WI. This is an optional flight if morning flight is launched, or a mass ascension if the morning flight was canceled.
Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 7:35 am: BALLOON LAUNCH, Hot air balloons in mass ascension flight at River Crest Elementary School at 535 County Road F, Hudson, WI.
