This beloved Minnesota tradition invites you to tour hundreds of stunning new construction and remodeled properties, all showcasing the very best in modern living, craftsmanship, and innovation.
What is the Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes is Minnesota’s ultimate home tour—offering a behind-the-scenes look at the most beautiful new builds and impressive remodels across the Twin Cities metro and Rochester. Held twice a year, the event gives visitors a chance to step inside over 300 homes built by 100 builders in 83 cities. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, an empty nester, or simply a design enthusiast, there’s inspiration around every corner.
Best of all, general admission is free! However, a small group of extraordinary properties, known as Dream Homes, require a $7 entrance fee per home. These Dream Homes do more than inspire—they make a difference. All proceeds benefit the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, helping provide housing and support for Minnesotans in need. (Please note: the Parade is cashless—credit cards only for Dream Home admission.)
When to Go
Mark your calendar! The 2026 Spring Parade of Homes runs Fridays through Sundays, March 13–April 12, from noon to 6 p.m. During this month-long celebration of home design, you’ll find everything from charming starter homes priced around $319,000 to luxury properties valued at $6.7 million.
On the **final weekend—April 10–12—**the spotlight shifts to the Remodelers Showcase, a special feature highlighting beautifully renovated homes and the talented remodelers behind them.
