Spring Parade of Homes 2024
This spring, 386 new and remodeled homes will be available to tour noon to 6 p.m. Fridays through Sundays from March 8 to April 7. The twice-a-year Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase allows for prospective homebuyers in the Twin Cities to see neighborhoods and homes. You can pick up your guidebooks at Kowalski’s Markets, Holiday Stationstores, or Galleria Edina.
Six “Dream homes” will have a $5 admission fee, which will assist “Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help build and remodel homes for Minnesotans in need.”
The cities with the most homes included are Lakeville with 34, Woodbury with 17, Blaine with 15 and Rosemount with 14. The most expensive home to tour for free is a five-bedroom Plymouth home which has a price tag of $3,325,000 with 6,000 square feet.
The event also includes a $10,000 “down payment giveaway” for first-time homebuyers. If you qualify you can submit your name. CLICK HERE
